M. S. Engineering Works

We are located at 15-A in Bharath Nagar, specifically in the Settiar Thottam area of Neelikonam Palayam. M. S. Engineering Works has been operating out of this same building for many years. It is a workshop where we handle metal repairs and make parts for machines. The place is usually full of the sound of grinding and welding, and there is always a bit of iron dust in the air. We don't have a reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk into the shop and find one of us working near the lathes. It’s a messy environment, with grease on the benches and tools scattered around where we last used them. We focus on getting the jobs done for the local businesses and people who bring in their broken equipment. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, especially with the machines running, but we have a few big fans that help a little. We aren't a high-tech facility with computers everywhere. Most of our work is done by hand or with the older machines we’ve maintained ourselves. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it serves its purpose for the kind of heavy work we do every day. We know the other shop owners in Neelikonam Palayam and have been part of this neighborhood for a long time now.
