Laxmi Metal Corporation

Our shop, Laxmi Metal Corporation, is located at No. 289 on Ranga Konar Street. We have been operating from this same spot for quite a few years now. Ranga Konar Street is usually a very busy place, filled with vehicles and people moving goods back and forth. It can get pretty loud and dusty during the day. We deal with various kinds of metal supplies. The shop is mostly just a warehouse space with some heavy racks to hold everything. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the orders as they come in. It’s a straightforward business. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and moving heavy pieces around. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy with metal scraps, but we try to sweep it up when we can. We aren’t into fancy presentations or anything like that. Most people who come to us are local contractors or people who just need a specific piece of metal for a project. We know the other shop owners on the street and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a tough, physical job, but we are used to it by now. We usually have the shutters up early in the morning and stay until things are wrapped up for the day. We just focus on having the right stock available when someone needs it. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
