Ds Garments

Ds Garments is located on the first floor of Door No. 13 B, right in Thompson Pet. If you’re in Kaveripattinam, you’ve probably walked past us without realizing it since we are upstairs. It’s a busy little spot. We spend our days surrounded by fabric and the sound of machines. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy. We make clothes, plain and simple. We aren't trying to be a high-end fashion house or anything. We just make things that people can actually wear. There are piles of thread and scraps of cloth everywhere, but we know where everything is. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we carry things up and down carefully. Working in Thompson Pet means we get to see the local market life every day. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the street are just background noise to us now. Our team is small, mostly just local people who know how to sew and handle garments. We don't have a marketing department. If people like what we make, they tell their friends, and that's how we stay in business. We just focus on getting the orders finished. It can be dusty work with all the lint, but we don't mind. It's an honest way to make a living and we've been doing it a while now in the heart of Kaveripattinam.
