Iraivi Couture Llp

We are over here on Velachery Road in Kamarajapuram. Most people know the Sembakkam area, it gets pretty busy with traffic around here. Our shop, Iraivi Couture Llp, is just a regular place where we work with different fabrics all day. Sometimes the rolls of cloth take up too much space on the floor, and we have to move things around just to walk. It isn’t fancy like the big malls in the city. We spend our mornings cutting and checking the thread work. My cousin helps out with the accounts while the rest of us stay busy with the machines. Tambaram is a loud place, but once you step inside our building at 229, it feels a bit different. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when a big order comes in, there are scraps of cloth everywhere. The tea guy comes by at eleven and that’s when we usually take a break. We’ve been at this Kanchipuram district spot for a while now. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the neighborhood. Other days we are running around trying to finish things before the sun goes down. It's just a small team of us doing what we know how to do. We don't have a big fancy office, just some desks and our workspace. People stop by to ask directions sometimes because we’re right on the main road. That’s just how it goes here. We usually close up when it starts getting dark.
