Hero Fashion

We are based out of 136 Mangalam Road in Karuvampalayam. Hero Fashion isn't a huge name you'd see on a billboard, but we are here every day. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well. Working on Mangalam Road means there's always something happening outside. We spend our time focusing on the garments in front of us. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don’t mind it. It’s how things get made. We don’t have a flashy showroom. Most of our space is taken up by tables and rolls of cloth. Sometimes we lose a pair of scissors and spend ten minutes looking for them under the scraps. It’s a real place with real people. We drink tea in the afternoons and talk about whatever is on the news. Karuvampalayam is a busy area for this kind of work, so we fit right in. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to get the orders right. The air smells like cotton and old machinery. We’ve got a few windows that let in some breeze when it isn't too dusty outside. If you come by, you’ll see we aren’t much for formalities. We wear comfortable shoes because we’re on our feet a lot. That’s the reality of Hero Fashion. It’s just a local workshop on Mangalam Road where we do our best to stay busy and keep the machines running.
