Hayath Engineering Works

Hayath Engineering Works is on the first floor of number 17, over on 5th Cross. We are located in the Palasipalyam New Extension area. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but the view of the street is okay from up here. The workshop is usually full of the sound of machines running and the smell of grease. We’ve been working out of this space for quite a few years now. Most of our work involves mechanical engineering and fixing different types of machinery. It’s a hands-on job and we often end the day with dirt under our fingernails. The shop isn't a showroom; it's a place where work actually happens. We have benches covered in tools and parts that we’re currently working on. Palasipalyam is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up since we started. We don't have a big staff, just a few skilled workers who know their way around an engine. We start our day early to avoid the worst of the heat. Sometimes we have to hunt for specific parts, which can take a while. We don't use any fancy marketing. We just focus on the engineering tasks that come through the door. It’s a modest operation, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We try to be fair and just get the job finished so the machines can go back to work. There is always something that needs fixing or adjusting.
