Faith Garments

So, this is Faith Garments. You can find us at S. No. 735 Poombukar Nagar. We are situated in the Thennampalayam Extension right along Palladam Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and we are right in the middle of all the noise and traffic. Most of us arrive early in the morning to get the lights on and the machines warmed up. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place for garment work. We have different sections for the raw fabric and the finished pieces. It gets a bit crowded inside when a big shipment of cloth comes in. We try to keep the aisles clear for safety, but it’s a struggle sometimes. Palladam Road always has trucks and bikes going by so it’s never really quiet around here. We’ve been at Poombukar Nagar for a good bit of time now. Everyone who works here knows their job and we just get on with it. We don't use big words or have long meetings about company goals. We just look at what needs to be sewn for the day and we sew it. The floor is just plain concrete and the lights are those long tubes that flicker sometimes. It feels like a real workshop because that is exactly what it is.
