Elfaro Moda Private Limited

Elfaro Moda Private Limited is our company, and we are based at 11B Jayanagar, right on Angeripalayam Road. It’s a busy street, and you can’t miss the noise of the traffic throughout the day. Our building is a simple one where we handle all our clothing production. We aren't some high-end boutique with marble floors. Instead, we have concrete floors and sturdy tables where we do all the cutting and sewing. The name might sound a bit fancy, but we are just regular folks who know our way around a sewing machine. Most of our workers live nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk during the lunch breaks. We don't have any polished slogans or corporate values written on the walls. We just have a lot of work to do and not always enough time to do it. Some days the machines act up, or we run out of a certain color of thread, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s just part of the daily life in a clothing unit. We focus on the stitches and making sure the sizes are correct. It’s honest, repetitive work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished pile of garments ready to go out. We just take it one day at a time, keeping our heads down and doing what needs to be done. It’s a simple, practical way to earn a living.
