G-fab Garments

Our place is at No. 37 on St. Paul's School Road, over in the Kng Pudur part of Edayarpalayam. G-fab Garments is basically just a big room where we do our daily tasks. Since we are near the school, mornings are always loud with buses and parents dropping off kids. Once the bell rings and the students are inside, it gets a lot quieter. The building itself is nothing special to look at, but it keeps the rain out and gives us a place to stay busy. We have a few old fans that squeak a lot during the hot summer months. We don’t have fancy software to track every single minute of the day. Most of us just use notebooks or scraps of paper to keep notes for each other. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We've known each other for a long time, so we don't need many rules. If someone needs a day off, they just say so. We don't have a marketing team or anyone trying to make us look like something we aren't. We're just a small group of people in Edayarpalayam trying to earn a living. The commute isn't too bad for most of us. We spend the day handling whatever tasks are on the list and then we lock up and go home. It's simple, honest work. There’s no need to make it sound more exciting.
