Dulex Clothing Mills

The mill is located at No. 6/56 in New Ramakrishna Purama, right off the Pnp Main Road. It is a busy spot because of all the trucks and buses passing by all the time. You can hear the engines rumbling even when we are inside with the windows closed. At Dulex Clothing Mills, there is always something moving. We have different sections for the different stages of making the clothes. Some days it is just a mess of scrap fabric and dust everywhere. We spend a lot of time sweeping up just to keep the floor clear so nobody trips. The lighting in the back is a bit dim, but we have some desk lamps for the detailed work. It is not always easy running a mill. Sometimes the machines act up or a shipment of fabric arrives later than we expected. When that happens, we just have to stay late and catch up. We usually have some tea around four in the afternoon to keep us going. The main road makes it easy for the delivery guys to find us, though parking is a real nightmare around here. If you are coming by, it is better to walk or take a rickshaw. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be finished for the week. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up with everything.
