Our office is situated near the BSNL building over by Peruntholuvu Post in Tiruppur. If you know this area, you know it’s a lot of industrial activity and moving parts. We handle export and import stuff, which basically means we spend half our lives on the phone or checking paperwork for containers. Tiruppur is famous for its textiles, so a lot of what we deal with involves getting goods from point A to point B without too many headaches. It’s a practical business, not very glamorous, but it keeps the wheels turning. The office is pretty basic—desks, a lot of files, and usually a pot of tea somewhere nearby. We aren't a massive multinational firm, just a local team that knows the routes and the rules around here. Sometimes the trucks are late or the paperwork gets stuck, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just how the shipping business works. We’ve been at this location for a while, and being near the BSNL office makes it easy to give people directions. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We just focus on making sure the shipments move out on time and the people waiting on them don't have to worry too much. It’s honest work and it fills up our days from early morning until late.
