Cylwin Knit Fashions

Cylwin Knit Fashions is based out of No. 502/B1 in the Nadupangu Paradise area, right along Dharapuram Road. If you know the road, you know it stays quite busy with people moving through. Our place is tucked in there where we do all our knitting work. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work for everything we need to do. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of the machines. We spend the majority of our hours sorting through yarn and checking the machines. It’s physical work and it can get quite warm in the afternoons. We aren't here to make big promises or anything like that. We just do the jobs that come in. The Dharapuram Road location is convenient for getting materials in and out. It’s a simple operation at Nadupangu Paradise. We’ve been here long enough that the routine is pretty set. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and see the work being done. It’s honest labor. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have something on the needles. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. No fancy titles, just people working with fabric in a local shop. It’s how things are done in our part of town, without any extra fuss or unnecessary talk.
