Cpc Pvt Ltd is situated at 207, Mettu Palayam Road. The road outside is always packed with buses and cars, so it is quite a lively place to be. Our building is a bit older and has a narrow staircase that leads up to the main office. We have a lot of stuff stored in every available corner, so it can feel a little cramped. There is an old typewriter on one of the side tables that we don't use anymore, but nobody has bothered to move it. We handle a lot of daily paperwork and phone calls. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the entrance. The walls are a bit yellowed from time, but we have some calendars pinned up to make it look a bit better. We have a neighbor with a dog that barks whenever someone new walks in. We have lived with that for years now. During the monsoon, the roof leaks a little bit near the back window, so we have to remember to move the files. It is not a perfect setup, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. Most of our regular visitors are people we have known for a long time. We don't do anything special to impress anyone. We just show up, do the work, and manage the day-to-day tasks as they come.
