Copper Leaf Garments

Copper Leaf Garments is out in Kalapatti Village on Thottipalayam Road. We are located at number 32-A, which is near the Civil Aerodrome Post. Being near the aerodrome means we hear the planes taking off every now and then. It is a bit quieter out here than in the center of town. Our workshop is a plain building. We have plenty of space for the fabric rolls and the big cutting tables. We are not a corporate entity. We are just a local group of people who know how to sew. Most of us have been doing this for a long time. We do not have a fancy website or anyone to do our advertising. We just rely on the work itself. The floors usually have some thread and scrap cloth on them by the end of the day. We sweep it up and start over the next morning. It is a practical life. We drink our coffee and get to work. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to adjust our schedule. We do not mind. We are used to the rhythm of the garment business. It is not always perfect, but we get the job done. The people in the village know us, and we like being part of the local scene. We just keep our focus on the garments and the machines at our Thottipalayam Road spot.
