Our agency, Chitra Agencies, is at 47 Nehru Nagar, right on Kalapati Road. It is a nice enough area. We have been at this address for a long time now. The street is usually busy with people going about their business. We are a small team and we like it that way. The building is a regular house that we converted into an office. It feels more like a home than a corporate space. We know most of our neighbors. Sometimes we sit outside and chat when things are slow. Inside, it is mostly paperwork and phones. We handle all sorts of requests throughout the day. There is no big sign out front, just the number 47. People who need us usually find their way here through word of mouth. We do not do much advertising. We think that if you do a decent job, people will tell their friends. The Kalapati Road is a good landmark for anyone coming from outside Nehru Nagar. We try to keep the garden out front looking okay, but sometimes we forget to water the plants. It is just a real place with real people working inside. We do not have any mission statements or anything like that. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It is a simple way to run a business, but it has worked for us so far.
