Bhalaaji Fabrication

Bhalaaji Fabrication is tucked away at 37, Sankar Layout, on the Subramaniam Palayam Road. We’re in the G. N. Mill area, which is a good spot for the kind of work we do. Fabrication isn't exactly clean work. There’s a lot of welding, cutting, and grinding going on here from early morning until the sun goes down. The shop floor is usually covered in metal shavings and the smell of burnt electrode. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a glossy website. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or by seeing the sparks flying when they walk past the gate. It’s a hands-on life. My hands are usually stained with grease, and the noise of the machines is just part of the background music for us now. We work on whatever comes through the door, whether it’s a small frame for a neighbor or a bigger structural job for a local builder. We don’t overthink things. A customer brings a drawing or an idea, and we try to make it out of steel or iron. Sometimes the weather makes the tin roof rattle like crazy, but we just keep our heads down and finish the welds. It’s a simple setup at Sankar Layout, but it works for us and the folks who need things built right. We’ve been doing this long enough that the machines feel like old friends now.
