Arries Clothing Company

You can find Arries Clothing Company on Palladam Road, right in the Arries Garden area. This part of town is always buzzing with activity because of all the garment businesses lined up along the road. Our place isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard building where we get the work done. Inside, it’s mostly filled with rows of sewing machines and large cutting tables. We produce a variety of clothing items, and there is always a lot of scrap fabric and thread on the floor by the end of the shift. We aren't some high-end fashion house with designers in fancy chairs; we’re a practical clothing company that focuses on turning out consistent work. The noise of the machines is constant, and we have to talk pretty loud to be heard over them. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, so we have a good rhythm going. We spend a lot of time checking the stitching and making sure the sizes are correct before anything gets packed into boxes. Palladam Road can be a real struggle with the heavy trucks and the dust, but that’s just life in this industry. We don't have a big office with air conditioning everywhere, just some fans and open windows to keep the air moving. It’s a straightforward business where we show up, do the sewing, and get the orders out.
