Apparel Global Consulting

We operate Apparel Global Consulting out of No. 37 Sornapuri Avenue. We are on the 1st Street in the 15 Velampalayam area. It’s more of an office setup than a shop since we do consulting for the apparel industry. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets and garment samples. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is good when we need to focus on a difficult project. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything formal. Usually, there are just files and fabric swatches scattered across the desks. We help people figure out how to get their clothing lines moving or how to fix problems with their production. It’s mostly technical stuff that wouldn't mean much to someone outside the trade. We’ve been in Velampalayam for a bit and it’s a decent place to work from. We aren’t trying to be some high-powered firm with suits and ties. Most days we are just in casual clothes, working through the tasks on our list. Sometimes clients come by to drop off samples or talk about their plans, and we just pull up a chair and get to it. The building itself is nothing special, just another address on a street of small businesses. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on the work instead of fancy appearances. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
