Warsaw International

Tirupur is known for its textiles, and we are right there in Appachi Nagar at number 62. Warsaw International isn't a massive factory, but we keep ourselves busy enough. The weather here in Tamil Nadu can be quite something, so the fans are always on full blast. We have stacks of fabric in every corner and the smell of new cloth is everywhere. We spend our days looking at patterns and making sure the measurements are what they should be. It’s a lot of staring at small details. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just have our desks and our workstations. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the whole street and the neighbors get a bit annoyed, but we try to move fast. We usually have our tea breaks together in the small courtyard out back. It’s a chance to get away from the sound of the machines for a few minutes. We have been at this for years, and most of the staff have been here since the start. It’s a steady kind of life. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just handle the garments, pack the boxes, and see them off to wherever they are going next. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us going.
