We deal in crushed stone, what people around here call blue metals, used for all kinds of construction work. It’s a very physical business. Our yard is usually busy with tractors and trucks moving the stone around. Since it’s stone, everything is always covered in a bit of grit and dust, including us. We don't have a polished office or a fancy waiting area. Most people just pull their trucks up to the gate and we get to work. It’s a bit out of the way, which is lucky because the work we do can be quite loud with all the machinery running. We’ve been at this location in Karungampalayam for a while now and have become a regular stop for local contractors. We aren't much for talking or marketing; we just focus on getting the right grade of stone out to the sites. Some days the weather is against us, but we try to keep things moving regardless.
