Lafarge Cement

Out here in Village Bhawliya, things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We are located near the post office in Mangrol, which is part of the Nimbahera area. It’s a rural setting, so we are surrounded by a lot of open space and the occasional tractor passing by. The cement plant is the main thing around here. Our office is just a simple building where we manage the paperwork and the local staff. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but everyone knows where we are. We don’t have any big signs or flashy entrances. It’s just a place of work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old computers, and stacks of ledgers. We spend a lot of time talking to the local farmers and the transport workers who live nearby. The air feels different here, a bit dry and dusty, especially in the afternoons. We usually have tea together in the mornings before the real heat kicks in. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We don’t have many visitors except for the regulars who know the way. We just try to keep the operations running smoothly without making a fuss. It’s a practical way of living and working. Everyone helps out when there is a big load to move. It’s just how we do things in this part of the country, and we like it that way.
