Our office is situated at T 4, 35 B in the Anukiran Colony, which is part of the Bhabhanagar area in Rawatbhata. If you are traveling here from Kota, you know it is a long and winding drive to reach us. This place is not a big commercial building; it is just a regular spot in the colony where we keep track of the Aditya Cement tasks for this region. Rawatbhata is a unique town because of the industrial projects nearby, and being in Anukiran Colony means we are surrounded by residential houses and families. We spend our days mostly on the phone or going through stacks of delivery logs. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, although things get pretty frantic when a new set of shipments needs to be coordinated at the same time. We do not have a team of secretaries or a lobby. If you come by, you will probably just find a couple of us sitting at our desks, drinking tea and trying to figure out a complicated transport schedule. The heat in this part of the state can be really draining, so we try to get the most difficult tasks finished before the afternoon sets in. It is a simple setup without any big words or long, boring meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Dealing with cement requires a lot of patience, especially when the weather or the roads act up.
