You can find us over near Sawa, in the Chittorgarh district, where the Aditya Cement plants are a huge part of the local scenery. My name is S.S. Hada, and this is the spot where I handle my part of the daily operations. It is a very dusty part of the country, but that is what you expect when you work with construction materials and heavy machinery all day long. The roads around here are always full of heavy trucks, especially the ones moving toward the Sawa district lines. We do not have one of those fancy offices with air conditioning that actually works. Instead, it is a lot of hands-on work, checking the heavy loads, and making sure the paperwork in the cabin matches what is actually being hauled. Living and working in this part of Rajasthan means you have to get used to the dry air and the constant sun. We just get on with the job. It is not about being an executive; it is about making sure the supply chain doesn't stop moving at our gate. Sometimes the mobile signal is weak or a driver gets his directions mixed up, so we have to go out and sort things out ourselves. We have been part of this specific community for a long time, so we know the people and the roads. There is no need for big speeches or complicated corporate plans here. We just wake up, check the manifest, and keep the trucks moving until sunset.
