You can find us at DF-5 in the BCW Staff Colony, located in Madhav Nagar Sector-1 of Chanderia, Chittorgarh. Being situated within the colony means we are very much part of the local landscape here in Rajasthan. The office is a basic setup, nothing like what you would see in a big corporate movie. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of cabinets for all the files we accumulate. The daily grind here involves a lot of checking and double-checking of information. It can be a bit dusty sometimes, especially when the wind picks up outside, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. We don't have a formal dress code or anything too stiff. We just show up, do our work, and talk to the people who stop by. Most of us have been in this area for a long time, so we are used to the pace of life here. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do make sure that everything gets finished on time. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with others and making sure the records are in order. There’s a certain comfort in the routine we’ve built here over the years. We aren't trying to change the world from this office; we are just trying to do our part and keep the local operations running smoothly. It’s simple work for people who appreciate a steady job.
