We are based out of Khandelwal Bhawan, which is right in the middle of Adarsh Colony in the Kumbha Nagar area. Chittorgarh is the kind of place where everyone knows the main landmarks, so finding us isn't too hard once you get into the colony. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional room inside the building where we can sit and get the work done. Working here means dealing with the daily traffic of the neighborhood and making sure the Aditya Cement orders stay on track. It gets very dusty around this part of Rajasthan, and the heat really stays trapped in these buildings during the summer months. We spend most of our time checking invoices, talking to the local contractors, and keeping an eye on the supplies coming in from the plants. There is always someone dropping by with a question or a document that needs a quick signature. We do not use any of that fancy business talk you hear in the big cities. We just speak plain English or the local tongue and try to be helpful. Some days are much slower than others, especially when there is a local festival happening and the whole town shuts down. We have been in Kumbha Nagar long enough to know when the markets are going to be too crowded to move. It is just a normal, local life for us. We drink our tea, handle the logistics, and try to stay organized.
