Our spot is located in the staff colony over at Madhavnagar in Chanderia, which is part of the Chittorgarh district in Rajasthan. Specifically, we are at Quarter Number Ncf-4. Since we are in the colony, most of us live pretty close to where we work, which makes for a short walk in the morning. The office is more like a converted living space than a high-rise business center, giving it a very local and familiar feel. We spend our days managing the various bits of paperwork and coordination that come with being part of this community. It’s a quiet area for the most part, though you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception desk. If you walk in, you'll probably see a couple of us at our desks surrounded by files and calendars. We keep a simple routine. We drink a lot of tea and make sure the logs are kept up to date. The weather in Rajasthan can be quite tough, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working properly. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s practical for what we do. We know everyone around here, and that makes the workday feel a bit more personal. We just focus on the logistics and the daily grind without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how things are done here in Chanderia.
