Our place is located about 30 km outside of Numaheda. It's a bit of a drive, but we're situated right near the railway station, which makes it easier for logistics. Being out here means it’s a little quieter than the main town, though the trains passing by keep things lively. We deal with cement every day. That’s what we do. The site has been here for years, and most of the guys working here are locals from the nearby villages. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have any fancy corporate offices or anything like that. It’s mostly just the yard and the storage areas. The dust is part of the job, and you just get used to it after the first week. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains, but we manage. People usually find us by following the tracks toward the station. It’s not hard to spot. We start early in the morning when the first trains roll in and usually wrap things up by sunset. It’s honest work. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just make sure the cement is ready for whoever needs it. Living and working this far out means you have to be self-reliant. We fix our own equipment most of the time. It’s just how things are done in this part of the country.
