We are based at B-61 in Kailash Nagar-I, which is basically right on the doorstep of the J.K. Cement Works here in Nimbahera. It’s a very industrial part of town, so you’ll see a lot of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the daily grind for J K Cement Ltd. It isn't a high-rise building with glass windows, just a solid, practical office that’s been here for years. The air usually has a bit of a dusty smell to it because of the plant nearby, but that’s just how it is in a cement town. We have a few desks, some metal cabinets for our files, and a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. The staff here is mostly local, so we all know each other well. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just bring our own tiffins or grab something from the nearby stalls. It gets very busy when the shifts change at the works, and the noise from the machinery is just part of the background. We aren't here to put on a show or act like a big corporate entity. We’re just regular people working hard to make sure the cement gets made and sent out on time. It’s a tough environment but a good one to work in, and we just keep at it day after day without any fuss.
