Sri Sai Granites

Sri Sai Granites is based out of Gudipala, right on the Main Road at House No-3-53. It’s a dusty job, working with stone, but it’s what we’ve always done. We handle the slabs ourselves and keep them stacked up out front. People from the village come by when they’re building something new or fixing up an old place. We’ve been at this spot for quite a few years now. The sun gets hot on the yard, and moving the heavy granite takes its toll, but we don't mind the work. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We don't have a big office or fancy chairs. Just the yard and the stone. If you drive down the Main Road in Gudipala, you can’t miss us. Sometimes the trucks block the entrance when they're unloading, but that’s just how it goes with this trade. We sell what we have on-site. There isn't much to it beyond that. We pick the stone, we bring it here, and we hope people find what they need for their floors or counters. Being in a village like Gudipala means everyone knows everyone. We don't need to put up big signs. Folks just know where 3-53 is. Living a simple life, working with your hands and dealing with natural stone all day long, is what we know. We’re usually there from morning until the sun goes down, just keeping things moving. We just keep the yard open and sell the stone.
