The Holy Cross Matriculation Hr Sec School

We are located at 43 First Main Road in Svs Nagar, over in the Valasaravakkam area. The school has been part of this street for a long time. It’s a fairly straightforward building with a few floors and plenty of windows. We mostly deal with the day-to-day school life, from morning assemblies to the final bell. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when the students are trying to focus on their exams. We have a lot of different rooms for different subjects. The walls are covered in student projects and old notices. It’s not a fancy place, but it serves the purpose. Our staff works hard to keep things moving. We see a lot of the same families year after year, as younger siblings follow the older ones. Valasaravakkam has changed a lot, but the school stays pretty much the same. We have a small playground area where the kids run around during their breaks. It can get a bit dusty when they play football, but that’s just part of the experience. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just open the doors every morning and get to work. Most days are just normal school days with nothing too out of the ordinary happening. It’s a practical place for local kids to get their education without any fuss. The routine keeps us all going even when it gets a bit busy.
