Tea Park

Our place, Tea Park, is located at 2/273 on the 1St Main Road in M M D A Colony. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix around here. We’ve been in this building for a good while. It’s nothing to look at from the outside, just a regular door on a regular street. Inside, it’s mostly just tea boxes and a couple of old desks. We spend our hours sorting through different batches and making sure things are moving along. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of bosses. It’s just us. We aren't into those fancy mission statements you see in some offices. We just want to get through the day and do a decent job of it. The traffic on 1St Main Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’re used to the noise. We know most of the people who live and work nearby. Sometimes they drop in just to see what’s new or to escape the sun for a minute. We don't have a lot of polish or a slick way of talking. We just speak plain English and tell it like it is. Managing a tea business has its ups and downs, but we stay steady. The shelves are always a bit unorganized, but we know where every single packet is. It’s a small life, but it’s ours. We just keep the doors open and the tea moving. It's about the work.
