Savorit Limited

Savorit Limited is based right at 377/2 on Suryanarayana Street, near the Tollgate area. It is an old part of town and it shows in the buildings and the narrow roads. We deal with food products, mostly vermicelli and pasta, and the smell around the facility is usually pretty good. We've got a lot of machinery running most of the time, so it gets quite loud during the day shift. The street outside is always busy with people heading toward the tollgate or coming into the city. We have a small gate where the trucks come in to load up the crates. It’s a bit of a squeeze for the bigger vehicles, but the drivers are used to it by now. The office is right next to the production floor, so we can always hear what's going on. We don't have fancy meeting rooms. If we need to talk, we just stand around the main desk or head out to the tea stall across the road for a quick break. Working with food means we have to be careful about cleaning everything constantly. It's a lot of manual labor and watching the timers on the dryers. Most of the staff have been with us for years and live close by in the neighborhood. We don't go for big marketing campaigns; we just focus on making sure the bags are packed right and sent out on time. It’s a simple operation on a busy street. We like it here.
