Amalgamteam Coffee Trading

We are over at No 37 on Gopalapuram North, right near Lloyds Road. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty busy with people heading to work or running errands. Our place, Amalgamteam Coffee Trading, isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but we like it here. It’s mostly just us handling coffee beans all day long. We get shipments coming in and we spend a lot of time sorting through everything and getting orders ready. The smell of the raw beans is something you get used to after a while, though visitors always mention it. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit now. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes it hard for the trucks to pull in, but we manage. My desk is right by the front so I see everyone coming and going. It’s a lot of manual work, moving sacks and checking the quality of what we’re getting in. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a small team here and we just try to get the work done before the sun goes down. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to sweep up or a ledger that needs updating. It’s just a regular trading business, nothing more than that. We just stay focused on the coffee and keeping the warehouse organized enough to find what we need.
