Sree Amirthavarshini

Sree Amirthavarshini is located at No. 218 Thambu Shetty Street, although some people still use the old number, which was 225. We are located up on the second floor of the building. This building is like many others in this part of Chennai, with narrow stairs and lots of small businesses packed into every floor. The street outside is always busy, filled with people and people moving goods back and forth. Our office is a very simple place. We do not have any fancy decorations, just the things we need like desks, chairs, and some big cupboards for all our files. We spend most of our time taking orders and talking to our suppliers on the phone. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication throughout the day. Sometimes the power goes off and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back, which is just part of living here. We have been in this same spot for several years and we know the other people working in the building pretty well. It feels like a small community. The second floor gets a decent breeze if we keep the windows open, which really helps when the heat gets bad. We do not have a large staff, just a few of us who know how the business runs. We just come in, do our work, and go home.
