Quickchef Cafe Llp

Our cafe is located at New No : 38 on the First Main Road in Raja Annamalaipuram. It is an old building, the old number used to be 60. We've been here in Chennai for a bit now, just serving up food and drinks to whoever stops by. The kitchen is small and it gets pretty cramped when we have a few orders going at once. We don't have those fancy espresso machines you see in the big malls. It's more of a place where you just get a simple cup and something to eat. The fans overhead hum all day long to keep the humidity away from the customers. Sometimes we forget to change the chalkboard menu, but people usually know what we have anyway. Being in RA Puram, we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't trying to be a five-star place or anything. It's just a spot to sit for a minute and relax. The chairs are a bit old and the tables might wobble if you lean on them too hard. We just fix them with a bit of folded paper under the leg to keep them steady. Running a cafe is a lot of washing dishes and cleaning tables after the rush. It's not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop by for a quick bite or a chat. It's just how we do things here.
