Pepsico

You can find us over at Prings Info City on Rajiv Gandhi Salai, which most people call the Old Mahabalipuram Road or OMR, in the Kandanchavadi area. It is a very busy part of Chennai with all the IT parks and massive office buildings surrounding us. Working here for Pepsico means dealing with a whole lot of traffic and the fast pace of the city every day. We are tucked away in the Prings Info City complex, so there are always people from the nearby tech companies walking past our building. Even though the company name is known everywhere, our local office here is just a group of regular people trying to keep things organized. We handle a lot of the distribution and the endless paperwork that keeps the drinks moving through this part of the state. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on phones. It is a bit different from a small local shop because we are right in the middle of a major business hub. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls, just some calendars and maps of our delivery routes. Most days involve a lot of meetings and checking on how the supply chain is holding up against the heat. It’s a lot of work, especially when the weather gets really hot and everyone wants a cold drink at the same time. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
