Mrm Exports

Mrm Exports is situated at 2 Muktharunissa Begum Street, just off Mount Road. It’s an old part of the city, and the street is quite narrow, so getting a vehicle right to the door can be a real headache sometimes. The building has been there for ages, and it has that old-fashioned feel with high ceilings and heavy doors. We’ve been operating out of here for a while, dealing with all sorts of export goods. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with stacks of cartons and ledgers from previous years. We still use some of those old wooden cupboards to store our files. Mount Road is always buzzing, and you can hear the traffic from our windows all day long. We don’t really do any fancy advertising. Most people find us because they’ve known us for a long time or heard about us from someone else in the trade. It’s a small operation, and we do everything from the initial paperwork to final inspections right here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. We sit around a big table for our tea breaks and talk about the delays at the harbor or the cost of shipping. It’s a simple, busy life in a very old part of town.
