Our office is located at No 9 on Srinivasa Perumal Koil Street in Thiruvottiyur. It is not a very big space, just a few rooms where we handle our daily work. We spend most of our time talking to people who run schools or teachers who are trying to figure out better ways to manage their classrooms. Thiruvottiyur is a really busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We have a lot of folders and stacks of papers piled up on our desks because there is always some kind of paperwork to deal with. We aren’t a big corporate firm with fancy titles. It is just a few of us here who have been in the education field for a while and want to help local schools get things sorted out. Sometimes parents come in too because they are confused about admissions or which school might be right for their kids. We just sit down and talk it through with them over a cup of tea. If the main office gets too crowded, we just move the conversation to the small bench outside. The street can get very packed during the local temple festivals, so we usually tell people to visit us in the mornings. It’s a practical, simple operation we have going here, and we just take things one day at a time. We don't do big presentations, we just sit down and talk through the problems until they make sense.
