Lady Andal Venkatasubba Rao Matric School

Lady Andal Venkatasubba Rao Matric School is located on Harrington Road in Chetpet. We have an old address at No 7 and a new one at No 13. Most people know us because we are right near the Shoppers Stop. This school has been around for a very long time and has a lot of history in Chennai. The building is traditional and fits right into the Chetpet vibe. It’s a busy road outside, but inside the campus, there is plenty of space for the students. We are a matriculation school, and we just focus on the daily lessons and making sure the students are prepared for their futures. We don't use a lot of corporate language or try to sound like something we are not. It’s a school with big trees and classrooms that have seen generations of families. The teachers here have been with us for years and they know the way things work. You can hear the chatter of students during the lunch break all across the grounds. We just try to provide a steady environment for learning without making things too complicated. The uniform is a familiar sight in this part of town. We don't need a lot of flashy signs because people around here already know who we are. It is just a place where children come to learn and become part of the community in this corner of Chennai.
