Harsha Impex

Harsha Impex is located on Kattur Sadayappan Street in the Periamet area. We are at New 28, which used to be Old 37, so sometimes the mail and the couriers get a bit mixed up at first. This part of Periamet is always bustling with activity from morning until the evening. We deal with imports and exports, mostly moving goods in and out throughout the week. Our office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of files piled up in the corners. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure the crates are packed correctly. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication to get things right. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult for us, especially when it rains hard and the street outside floods a bit, but we keep going anyway. The guys here have been working together for a long time. We know the local porters and most of the other shop owners on the block. We don't do any advertising; most people just know where we are located. It’s a simple setup. We come in early, check the shipping schedules, and start sorting through everything that arrived. It can be a little stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we usually find a way to get it sorted out. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a small group of us making sure the business runs every day.
