Government Higher Secondary School Majhgawan

Government Higher Secondary School Majhgawan is tucked away at No.7, 6Th West Cross Street in Shenoy Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it’s actually quite nice and peaceful compared to the main roads. We’ve got a decent amount of space, though it fills up fast when all the students are here. We have a routine that hasn't changed much in years. The bell rings at the same time every day. We spend a lot of our time making sure the registers are filled out correctly. It’s a lot of paperwork. The classrooms have high ceilings, which helps with the heat, but the fans are still always on. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Just a simple board at the entrance. The neighbors are used to us being here. Sometimes a ball goes over the fence and we have to go get it. Most of our students come from the surrounding blocks in Sector 6. We don't have any high-tech labs, just some basic stuff for science class. It’s a place where you come to learn the basics and get your diploma. We don't make big promises. We just provide a place for the kids to sit and study. The teachers are hardworking people who take the bus or ride their scooters here. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. That’s just how we like it, quiet and steady for the most part throughout the year.
