Ewain Handicrafts & Creations?

We are situated at 23 Thiuagaraja Road, right in the middle of Pondy Bazaar in T Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know how busy Pondy Bazaar can get. There’s always a crowd and plenty of noise from the street vendors. Our shop is filled with various handicrafts and creations that we’ve gathered. It’s a bit packed in here because we try to fit a lot into a small space. You’ll find things made of wood, cloth, and clay all over the place. We spend a lot of time unwrapping items and making sure they didn't break during transport. The humidity in Chennai can be tough on some of the crafts, so we have to keep an eye on everything. We aren't one of those polished tourist traps; we’re just a regular shop on a very busy street. The overhead lights are a bit dim in the corners, but it adds to the feel of the place. People come in looking for something unique and we usually have something tucked away on a shelf. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the small pieces. T Nagar is a marathon of a place to work in, but we enjoy the energy of the bazaar. Most days involve talking to people and explaining where different items came from. It’s a bit chaotic but in a good way. Sometimes the smell of jasmine from the flower sellers outside drifts in through the door.
