We are located over in Periyar Nagar-Jawahar Nagar, right near the Shiva Vishnu Temple. If you know that area in Chennai, you know it can get pretty crowded with people heading to the temple. Our office is at No C188 on Venkataraman Salai. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a headache sometimes for folks visiting. Being engineers means our desks are usually covered in site maps and structural calculations that would probably bore most people to tears. We spend a lot of time discussing things like foundation depths and how much steel is actually needed for a project. It’s not like what you see on TV; it’s mostly just hard work and a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The Chennai heat doesn't help much when we have to go out and look at sites, but it’s part of the job. We’ve been operating from this part of town for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People stop by to ask about their building projects or just to get some technical paperwork sorted out. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy presentations here. We just sit down, look at the problems, and try to find a way to make the engineering side of things work without too much fuss. It is a straightforward business where we focus on the numbers and the physical reality of construction in this city. Most days are just spent making sure things are done the right way.
