Chartered Engineer And Registered Valuer

I’m working as a Chartered Engineer And Registered Valuer out of my place at Plot No. 20 in E.B. Colony. It’s on Third Street, specifically the 2nd Cross in Adambakkam. This is where I do all my paperwork and look over the technical details for various valuation jobs. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a quiet spot to get some thinking done. I spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to write up my reports. It’s just a small office setup, nothing fancy at all. I have my desk, my computer, and a lot of folders filled with site notes and measurements. People come by when they need a property or a piece of machinery valued for one reason or another. I’ve been in Adambakkam for a while now, and I like the pace of life here. It’s not like those big corporate offices in the city center. I handle most things myself, from taking the calls to doing the actual inspections. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural. I just try to be thorough and make sure the numbers add up correctly. It’s practical work that requires a lot of focus. I’m usually here during the day unless I’m out at a site visit somewhere across town. It keeps me busy enough and I like the variety of the different jobs that come in.
