The address is New No. 9, which used to be Old No. 33, on the Vel Nagar Extension Main Road. It’s a busy area of Chennai, and getting a parking spot can be a real headache some days. Our office is pretty functional—lots of chairs, desks, and stacks of paper everywhere. We do a bit of everything when it comes to engineering and contracting. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the sites where the actual building is happening. We don't really go in for the polished, corporate look because that’s just not who we are. We’re more comfortable in our work boots than in suits. Most of our days are spent solving problems on the fly and making sure our workers have the right materials. Chennai weather doesn't make it easy, especially during the monsoon, but we’ve learned how to work around it. We don’t make big promises we can't keep; we just tell you how long it will take and what it will cost. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that has served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and focus on the project at hand until it’s finished properly. It’s hard work, but we like it.
