Atom Engineering

We are over at 56 Naladiyar Street in Anakaputhur. It’s a local neighborhood in Pallavaram where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Atom Engineering is a small shop. We don't have a big showroom or anything. It's mostly just a workspace filled with tools and parts. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. The street isn't very wide, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around Pallavaram. We don't spend money on commercials or flyers. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the workshop gets pretty loud with the machines running, but that's the sound of work getting done. We have a few old chairs for when people want to sit and wait. It’s a practical place for people who need engineering stuff handled without a lot of fuss. We take things as they come. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If someone needs a part made, we make it. It’s not fancy, and the floors aren't always clean, but we get the job finished. We’ve been on Naladiyar Street for years and we don't plan on moving anywhere else. It’s home for us and our business. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can.
