We are located at No. 21, White Hall on the first floor. This is our Chennai branch and it’s right in the middle of Tamil Nadu. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator every time we need to go out. The building is called White Hall and it has a bit of character to it. Inside the office, we handle the Britco Bridco Pvt Ltd business. It’s a lot of phone parts, paperwork, and technical benches. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. The Chennai heat can be tough, but we have some fans and a small AC unit that does its best. We get people coming in from all over the city with different problems. Some days we are just sorting out shipments and other days we are buried in repairs. We don't really have a reception desk or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably just see one of us working at a desk. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood is pretty familiar now. There’s a good spot nearby for snacks which we visit way too often. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay on top of the work. No one is trying to impress anyone, we just want to make sure the repairs are done right.
