Apple Institute

Apple Institute is tucked away in the Garudathri Apartments, specifically at number 44/15 on 12th Avenue in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. If you know where the KFC is around here, we are right behind it. It is a bit of a residential feel since we are inside an apartment complex, but we have our own dedicated space for the classes. Chennai heat can be quite something, so we have fans in every room to keep the air moving while we work. We have been here for a good while, and most people in the local streets know where we are. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s more like a home that has been turned into a learning center. We have whiteboards on the walls and rows of chairs for the students. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, so you hear some noise, but it’s generally a nice atmosphere. We focus on the teaching and don’t really worry about having the latest decor. The students who come here are usually from the nearby schools in Ashok Nagar or Jafferkhanpet. We keep things informal and easygoing. If you come by, you might see us drinking tea and sorting through notes between the sessions. It’s just a small, local institute run by people who live nearby. We don’t do anything too complicated, just show up every day and do the teaching work as best as we can.
