Bharathi Montessori Teacher Training Institute

We are located at New No. 2, which used to be Old No.101, on M.C Road in Old Washermanpet. It is right near Arihant Textile, which is a big shop everyone knows. Our institute is where people come when they want to learn how to be Montessori teachers. It is a bit different from a regular school because we are teaching adults how to teach children properly. The area around M.C Road is always crowded with shoppers and merchants, so it is quite lively. Our space is functional and straightforward. We have all the Montessori materials laid out so the trainees can practice with them. We don't really do big advertising; most people find out about us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they are heading to the textile shops nearby. The building is older, like many in Chennai - 600021, but it serves us well. We focus on the practical side of things. There is no corporate polish here. We just sit together, go through the modules, and talk about how to manage a classroom. It is a very hands-on process for everyone involved. Sometimes the rain makes the road messy and hard to cross, but our students still show up. We have a dedicated group of people here. We just want to make sure they are ready to go out and work in schools once they finish their time with us at Bharathi Montessori.
