Vandhan Krushi Vikas Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of the Salori area, specifically over at Parasram B. Bawanesalori’s place in Warora Rural. This part of the region stays pretty busy with farming work most of the year. We are just a group of local people from Salori who decided to put this company together to handle the day-to-day business of our crops and fields. The office isn't anything big, just a regular spot where we meet up to figure out what needs doing next. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when the rains don't come on time or when it gets too hot in the middle of the afternoon. We spend a lot of our time talking about seeds, fertilizer, and how to get our stuff to the market without spending too much money. People around here know us because we live right here in the same village. We don't have fancy brochures or a big staff. It is just us trying to make the farming side of things a little more organized for the folks in Warora. When you walk by the house, you might see us sitting outside discussing the price of cotton or soya. It's a simple life and the work is heavy, but that is how it goes when you're working the land in a place like Salori. We just try to keep things moving along and help each other out when the harvest season gets tight.
